Las Vegas is over-reality, a mixture of the Statue of Liberty, a giant lion, a pyramid, and a Sphinx, and an unnatural glittering building. Las Vegas is the largest city in the state of Nevada. Usually referred to as The Entertainment Capital of the World, it is situated in the midst of the southern Nevada desert landscape. The city has giant mega-casino hotels, decorated with lavish care and attention to detail to create a fantasy-like atmosphere.

Las Vegas was founded in 1905, and for many years was just a small settlement in the middle of the desert. However, several fundamental events would come together in less than twenty years to make Las Vegas what it is now. 

Las Vegas attractions offer something for everyone. Attractions in Las Vegas include theme parks, roller coasters, museums, wildlife areas, national parks and many more.

The cheapest time to Visit Las Vegas is during its (relatively small) off season. Hotel prices drop as thermometers rise, making the months of July and August ripe for better deals.
