Investment in Costa Rica is dependent on the tourism industry but despite fears number of tourists has not decreased.
The property market is expected to grow by more than 15% in the coming years in Costa Rica. The large number of tourist will get rental yields of 10% or more. New areas are opening up for property development and some major developments taking place. All these developments represent new opportunities for property investment.
