International Property Brokers forecast that the prices are set to be boosted again in 2006 by the weakness of the dollar, which will move up the average price of a range of imported goods. Inflation is expected to stay modest and to remain at close to current levels over the forecast period.

The UAE's economic outlook is extremely favorable, largely as a result of historically high oil prices and production.
