As part of the dedication for the protection of the environment these exclusive condos have installed a state of the art black water purification treatment system. Water is obtained through the local unicipality. The condominiums water system consists of two reservoirs with a capacity of 32,000 gallons of water. Water is delivered to the condominiums and common areas by an electric pump system, which includes a backup generator.
The Electrical System engineering meets the United States electrical code NEC, as well as all local municipal construction codes. An electrical transformer is located near the property and each condominium is metered separately.
